Have you recently received a text message that appears to be from your financial institution claiming a “suspicious” charge was made and a password reset is necessary using a provided link or phone number? The message was likely sent by fraudsters trying to illegally obtain access to your sensitive account information—not your bank. Please know that Busey will never send our customers a text making such a request.
